Table for boning hams. It has a stainless steel clamp attached to a pneumatic cylinder, which by pressing its pedal, we will ensure that the piece of ham is fixed and safe to work with. Includes pressure regulator with water retention cups and adjustable pneumatic lubricator. We have standard measures and custom manufacturing, according to need. (model current image L150)
